Explant & sterilize
A carefully selected growing tip is excised from the donor plant, surface-sterilized, and introduced into a controlled aseptic environment. This critical first step reduces external contaminants and establishes clean plant material for the tissue culture process.
Initiate & index
The explant is established on a carefully balanced culture medium under controlled conditions. Plant material is then screened for HpLVd and other targeted pathogens, helping ensure only clean, verified genetics advance through our tissue culture program.
Multiply clean
Verified lines are multiplied through controlled subculture, producing clean, uniform plant material while preserving genetic integrity. This process allows elite cultivars to be propagated at scale without relying on traditional mother stock.
Root & acclimate
Plantlets are rooted and gradually acclimated from the controlled lab environment to real-world growing conditions. This critical transition develops strong roots and vigorous young plants ready to thrive in commercial cultivation.
